The Wren and The Windsor are a pet-friendly community!
All applicants must complete a pet screening application, even if you do not have a pet. A $30 annual fee is charged per pet to households with a pet.
Pet Fee $300; $500 for 2 Dogs
Pet Rent $30/month; $40/month for 2 dogs
Maximum of 2 dogs per household
